mobilee´s Hi Five North America Tour Wrap Up
While Anja Schneider has been hopping between America and Europe to visit fans since the birth of mobilee five years ago, last month she had a very special companion on the 'Hi Five mobilee!' US Tour. And.Id's spotlit live set which features jazz inspired lush trumpet solos over his original tracks has become a well known and highly sought act in Europe. Having never visited the States however, it was a thrill to debut his kinetic performance to voracious audiences in San Francisco, L.A., Chicago, and Miami.
To say that he whipped up a storm would not be overstating it! By his side, Anja Schneider delivered some of her best signature style sets to date, leaving the crowds panting and breathless.
They were also joined by Ralf Kollmann in San Francisco, where label friend Clint Stewart hosted the mobilee party. Together they celebrated mobilee's 5th anniversary in style at a super secret underground location, and also met up with Mothership friends Catz 'n' Dogz and Dirtybird label head Claude Von Stroke!

Hi Five! South America Preview
That's right, there's no rest for the wicked. Having just flown the mobilee flag in North America in style, Anja Schneider is about to set sail for South America, and this time with her female compatriot Miss Jools. Neither are strangers to the Latin America flavours and both will be revisiting long time fans and friends as they travel around Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil! This year a selected mobilee crew is representing the label at the ADE 2010. Pan-Pot, Sebo K, And.Id and Hector are playing a daytime party on Sunday 24 October from 12:00 P.M. till 02:00 A.M alongside Tony Rohr, Rino Cerrone and others.
In collaboration with Inter Lab Sessions we close up the ADE with a spectacular 14 hours marathon representing our finest talents. The Pure Liner vessel will take you out on the open waters around Amsterdam city. Don´t miss Pan-Pot playing "Captain my Captain" on open water...

mobilee meets BERMUDA
Between 3rd - 6th November 2010, the national and international electronic music scene will flock to Berlin for the Berlin Music Days. Started last year by the people behind the Watergate Club - Steffen Hack, Niklas, Eichstädt and Ulrich Wombacher, Berlin’s new club festival for electronic music will once again attract international clubbers, musicians, labels and music biz pros from around the world.
This year, as a part of the festival, mobilee are putting on a showcase with 20/20 Vision at Watergate on Saturday 6th November where Anja Schneider, And.Id, Ralf Kollmann and Rodriguez Jr. will be joined by Ralph Lawson, Hector and Moodymanc! Meanwhile, on the same night, Sebo K will be playing at the official BERMUDA Festival at Berlin Tempelhof alongside Áme, Dixon, Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, Tiefschwarz and more. Hi Five mobilee! Compilation
What better way to celebrate five years of mobilee, than release a compilation featuring 16 exclusive tracks from all artists as well as some label friends. And what's more, 16 tracks that perfectly encapsulate the mobilee artists' sounds, which have each developed through the life of the label and are all unique.
The release came as a special collectors vinyl series which flew off the shelves, as well as the digital compilation package which is still hot right now. Cassy charted Daniel Stefanik's 'Tripiando Los Colores' in her Summer anthems....if you haven't already checked it out now is your chance!

Next up on mobilee
In the wake of all the 'Hi Five!' celebrations, last month was slightly quieter on the mobilee release front, but we are back with a vengeance for the latter half of 2010 with brand new hot releases from Marcin Czubala (mobilee070), Pan-Pot (mobilee071) and Anja Schneider (mobilee072).
Pan-Pot's busy touring schedule over the Summer no doubt inspired their upcoming 12" 'Captain My Captain'. Having performed for countless festivals and main-stage crowds, their new tracks put forth glacial soundscapes so epic they could sink the Titanic. Vocals for the title track were written and performed by label friend Cari Golden.
In stark contrast, Marcin Czubala brings us soulful vocals on his new release 'Loose The Man' and Anja Schneider´s ‘Pushin' is nothing less than a tripomatic fairytale. Get ready for some new essential mobilee releases!

Certain mobilee artists have also been busy in the studio working on remixes. Anja Schneider has put her golden touch on Sebrok and Tassilo's 'Who Stole The Soul', while Pan-Pot have remixed Marc Romboy & Stephan Bodzin's 'Phobos' on Systematic Recordings and are now reworking 'Regenerate' from Booka Shade's last album 'More!'.
And.Id's take on Steve Lawler's 'Gimme Some More feat. Roland Clark' is just out on Viva Music, and he has also remixed on Timewriter's 'Paso Dople' on Plastic City - due for release in November. And last but not least Exercise One have released 'Snakepit / Phantom Ghost', on their own label Exone, which comes with a solid Sian Remix.
